At ReelGrip, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused or show minimal signs of use
  • Returned with all original accessories and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Faulty or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault, ReelGrip will, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a full refund

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe your product is defective.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Products damaged through misuse or accidental damage
  • Items showing excessive wear or abuse
  • Products missing original accessories or packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated)

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

If you'd like a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The item was damaged during delivery

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as ReelGrip cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 20
